Common Questions

How long will it take to receive my invitations?

Most items will ship within 3 business days and you should have your invitations in hand within a week of ordering! Orders with guest addressing can take up to 7 days to ship, so you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days of ordering

Will my invitations be fully assembled?

You will receive all of the individually packaged components required to assemble your invitations yourself. You will also need to need to supply postage for your invitation envelopes and don't forget postage for your Response Card return envelopes! If you did not select the guest addressing or return addressing options when placing your order, you will also need to be sure to add those to your envelopes when your order arrives. For your convenience, we do offer complete assembly and mailing services to please reach out to us for more information on that!

What if something is wrong with my order?

As orders are not returnable or refundable, we encourage you to look over your design more than once to ensure accuracy. We also recommend adding a digital proof of each of your components to your order. Verify the following items carefully before placing your order:

  • Font style continuity
  • Font sizes and colors
  • Line spacing
  • Wording
  • Correct spelling and punctuation
  • Paper color
  • Addresses
