TESSA& JARED // SPRING VIBES WEDDING
BRIGHT SPRING FLORALS WEDDING AT BENIAH HOUSE

HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA/ WEDDING PLANNERS IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA

What an exciting and beautiful start to the Spring 2023 wedding season! We’re jumping right in with Tessa & Jared’s amazing celebration. Some of the excitement came from a last-minute venue change when Burritt on the Mountain’s fire required us to find them a new venue, only 10 days before the wedding day. What an adventure! We made sure that the venue change was seamless and that they felt zero stress during the transition.

Most of the wedding planning process took place between us, Tessa and her mom Janine. We always have a great connection with our brides but to have that with the brides mom as well, is such a perk! The comedic banter that would go on between these two during our planning calls made the whole process so much fun and there was never a dull moment!

Tessa and Jared’s wedding turned out so perfectly and every last detail really showed its brilliance. Honestly, we think this venue was so wonderfully suited to Tessa’s overall vision of her wedding day. The rock backdrop, waterfall, and grassy overlook were gorgeous for a wedding celebration.

Our focus was keeping them relaxed and laid-back the whole day and it worked! Not only did Tessa & Jared enjoy every part of it but their guests had the best time – and we did, too!

A Few of Our Favorite Wedding Details

You know we LOVE a good pop of color, especially when the florals are brilliant in color variety! This was not our first time working with New Mood Florals, but when we first talked about Tessa's vision for her day we knew this would be a great fit. We couldn’t get enough of these gorgeous and colorful flowers! Flowers, flowers everywhere. We were definitely not sad about it.

For this wedding we had some exquisite linens shipped in that suited her vibe and color palette perfectly! Tessa fell in love with these linens after seeing photos of a styled shoot we did in Nashville the previous summer.

The original vision for Burritt was for a starry sky ceiling with lots of draping and crystal chandeliers. Even with the venue change, we still wanted her to have that so we worked with the designers from 333 Designs to create a similar look in the new space and they knocked it out of the park!

The invitations! One of our invitation collections was a great fit for this wedding. The colors, the floral design and event the font style couldn't have been more perfect.

This was our first-time working with the caterer, Table & Thyme. You also know we love our food, and you can take our word for the fact that it was delicious. With an assortment of food stations, catering did not disappoint! Shrimp, a desert bar and chicken fingers which are surprisingly high on our list of favorite foods, and these were some of the best (maybe the best??) we’ve ever had.

The bar area was one of our favorites to date! We had custom rounded bars and gold shelves brought in from Nashville. The bars coupled with stunning bar flowers made it so elegant and inviting. The entire setup was top-notch!

We also truly loved some of the sweet family moments. Tessa’s first look with her dad was just so heart-warming and had all of us in tears.

Honestly, there were too many aspects of this wedding that were favorites to even list them all!
