What is Wedding & Event Design? This is the planning and execution of the overall style of your day. From color palette's and florals to lounge seating and other décor elements. Our Certified Event Designers will work with you on creating a design plan that matches your impeccable taste, high standards and expectations.  

Who is a good fit for this service? Couples who have a general vision for the overall style but just don't know how to put it all together and want the peace of mind knowing that all of these are being done by the professionals that have been part of their entire vision all!

Wedding Planning & Coordination Clients |

What is Set Up? While we will handle set up of some of your smaller details such as the guest book and signage, our primary responsibility is to "plan & coordinate"!  If you are doing DIY décor or need more set up of more than a few small details, it will require additional time and staff. With this add on service, we can bring in our team to handle all of the set up and logistics to bring your design to life on your wedding day.


Who is a good fit for this service? Couples that have additional elements that would not be provided by their venue/vendors such as table/chair set up, linen placement & steaming, table settings or DIY décor items and don't want to ask friends or family to '"work" on their wedding day!


What is Tear Down? Simply put, this is cleaning up when the party is over. While we will pitch in to assist the volunteers from among family & friends with some of the clean up, this is not something we will take on for you...but we can! By adding on Tear Down to your planning package, we will bring in our team to handle all of the clean up in order to meet your venue's exit standards and all you have to do is have a designee stay to load and take the items you are keeping.

Who is a good fit for this service? Couples that don't have enough volunteers to handle the bulk of the clean up.


Note: If you elect not to add on Set Up & Tear Down service, a minimum of 6-8 additional volunteers per 100 guests will be required for Set Up & Tear Down. We will work with you to assign each volunteer with tasks to make the process fast and efficient.

Pricing for Set Up & Tear Down services are based on the scope of work and a minimum fee applies.
